Empower Yourself

We were proud to have been invited to attend the 2023 London Eating Disorders Conference. It is a privilege to be given the platform to share our insights on a topic that is often overlooked and stigmatised – pro-eating disorder subcultures online. Through our research and firsthand experiences, we have witnessed the harmful effects of these communities and their promotion of dangerous behaviours. Our presentation aims to shed light on this issue and promote a better understanding of the complex nature of eating disorders. We hope that our contribution will inspire others to join us in the fight against these harmful subcultures.
